Under the personal guidance of Peter (over 10 years of expertise in Qigong and Tai Chi), we utilize ancient wisdom to synchronize body and mind. The focus remains entirely on your individual experience: beyond perfection or rigid forms, it is about arriving in your own body – mindful and at your own rhythm. Embedded in lush nature and supported by the special energy of our peaceful setting, you will rediscover your vitality within your personal possibilities.
