Where the day paves the way, the night allows you to arrive. We combine regenerative bodywork and conscious guidance with a gently guided meditation journey in the evening. This allows your nervous system to release chronic tension and recalibrate to the rhythm of nature. The night itself becomes an active part of your transformation. Upon awakening, a fluid Qigong practice anchors your newfound vitality and clarity within your system.
